Shipping PolicyThis page explains how shipping works on PokeDATA Marketplace, including when sellers must ship, how tracking is handled, and what buyers should expect. When sellers need to shipSellers are required to ship orders within 5 business days after payment is completed.Business days are counted as Monday through Friday. Each order shows a Ship by date based on the payment completion time plus 5 business days. If an order has not shipped after that date, the buyer can contact PokeDATA to ask about a refund.Shipping methodsFor orders with an item value under $30 before buyer-paid shipping, sellers may either:
buy a shipping label through PokeDATA, or
ship the order themselves.
If a seller ships an order themselves, tracking is optional. When tracking is provided, PokeDATA may use it to help verify delivery and resolve delivery disputes. For orders with an item value of $30 or more before buyer-paid shipping, sellers must use the PokeDATA shipping label flow. This helps keep tracking, delivery confirmation, and payout protection tied to the order.Estimated delivery for self-shipped ordersFor self-shipped orders with an item value under $30 before buyer-paid shipping, PokeDATA estimates delivery as 12 business days after the seller marks the order shipped. If the order has not arrived after the estimated delivery date, the buyer can contact PokeDATA from the order page and include a message describing the issue. Seller payout for self-shipped orders without delivery confirmation becomes eligible 24 hours after the estimated delivery date, unless there is an active delivery issue or dispute.Buyers may report a delivery issue for up to 30 calendar days after the estimated delivery date or actual delivery date, depending on the shipping method. PokeDATA will review the issue and determine the appropriate next step based on the order status, tracking information, and the buyer's message. For PokeDATA shipping labels with carrier delivery confirmation, the 30-day reporting window runs from the actual delivery date. If a PokeDATA-labeled order is not marked delivered, the buyer can contact PokeDATA after the estimated delivery date.Tracking rules
PokeDATA labels include tracking when available from the carrier.
Self-shipped orders with an item value under $30 before buyer-paid shipping may be marked shipped without tracking.
Sellers who self-ship can add or update tracking from their order page before payout is completed.

Once tracking is added, buyers receive an email notification.
Tracking is also visible in the buyer’s order history.
