Seller Policy & Marketplace RulesThese rules help keep PokeDATA Marketplace fair, reliable, and trusted.Basic requirements
  • Sellers must have items in hand before listing.
  • Listings must be accurate, including condition, photos, and descriptions.
Shipping and tracking
  • Ship within 5 business days.
  • Orders with an item value under $30 before buyer-paid shipping may be self-shipped; tracking is optional but recommended.
  • Orders with an item value of $30 or more before buyer-paid shipping must use the PokeDATA shipping label flow.
  • If an order has not shipped by the displayed Ship by date, the buyer may contact PokeDATA to ask about a refund.
Repeated late shipping or no-ship behaviorIf PokeDATA refunds a buyer because the seller did not ship or because a seller fulfillment issue means the seller should not be paid, PokeDATA may record a seller penalty.After 2 seller penalties, the seller's marketplace account may be restricted from buying and selling until they contact PokeDATA support.Off-platform transactionsSellers may not direct buyers to pay outside PokeDATA or include off-platform marketing materials in shipments.Buyer informationBuyer information may only be used to fulfill orders. Using buyer data for marketing or solicitation is not allowed.Payments and disputesPayments are processed through our payment provider. PokeDATA may hold or adjust payouts to resolve disputes, refunds, or chargebacks.Last updated: September 14, 2026
