- Platform fee: 10% of the item price (7% PokeDATA fee + 3% Stripe fee)
- Shipping fees: buyer-paid shipping is passed through to sellers to cover label costs
- PokeDATA labels with carrier delivery confirmation: seller payout is released 2 calendar days after the carrier marks the order delivered, unless there is an active issue, cancellation request, refund, or dispute.
- Self-shipped orders with carrier delivery confirmation: seller payout follows the same 2-calendar-day post-delivery hold.
- Self-shipped orders without delivery confirmation: seller payout is released 24 hours after the estimated delivery date. The estimated delivery date is 12 business days after the seller marks the order shipped.
- Authentication orders: seller payout is released after PokeDATA receives and authenticates the item, unless there is an active issue or authentication problem.
